This project was a result of competitive bidding process which we won. Our task was to develop a regional “Entrepreneurship and Business Center” which aims to improve business support services and infrastructure for the establishment, development and expansion of business. The project is currently in heavy development.

The main challenge was how to respect all the needs that the investor put before us and the environment at the same time. This area has to house the fairgrounds, the business incubator, congress hall, multipurpose building, parking garage, business tower and other important parts that need to be carefully thought through and put together as the project area is in completely unbuilt area of Osijek.

The project area is over 125,000m2 and buildings alone amount to over 50,000m2. Thus, it was very important how the urbanism of the site works. We didn’t want to have large built objects but we wanted transparency, simplicity and clarity instead. Currently we are finishing concept designs of all buildings and further developing detailed drawings as the project continues. We are tasked with everything from concept to execution design.
